Japan agrees to $6.1 billion for relocation
After months of negotiation the US and Japan have struck a deal over a plan to move 8,000 US Marines from Okinawa to Guam, with Japan agreeing to pay $6.1 billion of the nearly $10.3 billion cost of the relocation
. I'm hoping that we will be able to get into the housing market in Guam before the arrival of the Marines pushes prices up.
