Free calling to Guam

I discovered yesterday that calls made from US computers through the Skype system to phone numbers in Guam are free. As always, when making a Skype dial call include the country code. So, for example, to call PIBC enter +1 671 734 1812. Skype is a fairly reliable free Internet-based phone system -- although they offer some add-on services for a fee.
