Grant approved

I mentioned yesterday that I'm trying to keep on top of the US government grant that has been approved. This $231,000 grant will enable PIBC to develop distance education classes.

We received word this morning that our requested modifications to the grant have also been approved. The original grant proposal (approved in 2005) was modified to increase the number of computers available for student and faculty use, as well as to enhance our production studio capabilities. Praise God!

I suspect that keeping track of this project will become a full-time job in itself.
